PVG Guide
Some activities that you may want to volunteer for require you to have undergone a PVG check.
Please contact the school office for information or to request a form. Once completed, please give the form to Mrs Forsyth, the school administrator, to give to the Head Teacher to be authorised. The school will then process the form for you.
Further information is available on the Aberdeenshire Council website. There have been concerns raised in the past by people who have points on their driving license but this does not affect the PVG check and doesn’t appear on the form. The Disclosure Scotland website has detailed information on what will appear on the basic disclosure that is filled in, if required, to work in the school.
